Always great prompt service from Grey Lynn plumbingpart from that, I would like to say it is always great to use Laser Plumbing, I have always had excellent workmanship from your company. Fraser was very personable, helpful and very good at explaining the issue.Nick was also personable, very knowledgeable. You would hardly know that part of the lawn had been dug up.Will use laser plumbing if the need arises.

Amazing service. Very prompt, as got an appointment the same day . Max , the plumber turned up on time, friendly, helpful and professional. Repaired my leaking pipe within half an hour . Extremely happy with the efficient service and very grateful to Laser Plumbing for their wonderful service. This is the second time this month we have used them and would highly recommend . Excellent service. They answered my request for the gas hob problem very quickly and made an appointment the second day. Aaron came to my house in time. He is very nice and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Job well done!

I’ve used Laser plumbing Grey Lynn for years and I find them very reliable, honest hard working , best service and so quick .IWe had no water in the morning our outside tap just burst … so we called laser plumbing. someone was with us within 1 hour , gave us options and was fixed and he explained what had happened what causes it … happy to have water running where it should be 🤭

Arrived same day did a quick quote did the job after confirming all sorted in quick time couldn’t finish a bit of concrete on the day but came back and finished off when weather permited final invoice was less than expected thanks and would recommend

Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I requested a repair for a leaking laundry faucet. They responded promptly to my email, arranged the service quickly, and the repair was done accurately and at a lower cost than I expected. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

Appreciated the convenience and quick response. We had an issue arise around midnight and Laser Plumbing were able to send a plumber through within the hour. The plumber was friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and what the recommended (and quick fix) next steps are.

I called four plumbing places for an after hours service on Saturday, none of them even answered their phone. I called Hrey Lynn, thinking it was too far away and they were at my mum‘s place within 30 minutes. Excellent service and value.

Responded to my call and was able to send someone out when I needed. Reception was awesome, friendly and helpful. Erdem was the plumber and he was methodical and talked me thru what the issue was. Friendly but straight up. Really like their service - efficient, helpful and flexible. Thank you to the team that supported me last Wednesday avo and Thursday morning.

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. Relief is all I can say. Huge appreciation to Josh and Laser Plumbing what a life saver

Excellent service from the office in fitting me in on the same say. Jason came equipped with what he thought might be needed. Quickly identified the double parts failure and fixed problems on the roof and under the house. The water was even hot enough for a shower the same evening.

Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.
