I am clueless with plumbing, but we had Jordan come out today to do a job that I thought would take all day, he had it sorted 1.5 hrs. He kept me informed through the whole process with his gentle, polite manner and what solutions to take next. Such fast and efficient service from Bill at Laser Plumbing, when we accidentally drilled into the back of the inwall toilet cistern. Arrived same day did a quick quote did the job after confirming all sorted in quick time couldn’t finish a bit of concrete on the day but came back and finished off when weather permited final invoice was less than expected thanks and would recommend

Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. I’m so very appreciative that the company could organise a second call out in one day so we could get it fixed in a morning.Thank you Penny, Erdem and Bill. !

Walked into a burst pipe in the bathroom at 4pm. Managed to phone Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and they had Ben at the door 20 minutes later (finished for the day and on his way home). Problem found and a temporary fix while full fix investigated.

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. Relief is all I can say. Huge appreciation to Josh and Laser Plumbing what a life saver

Fraser was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and sorted our low water pressure, replaced parts that were starting to fail, and we are super happy with the results. He was very punctual, tidy and professional throughout. We would definitely trust him with our plumbing needs in the future!

30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time. Dave came around at short notice from yesterday afternoon. He is always a pleasure to deal with and always does a great job with no hassle or follow-up issues. Unlike other plumbing providers who I have used, he takes his time to understand and solve the problem so you can rest assured. Would greatly recommend.

Laser Plumbing were great. Really prompt email replies, and they were available to do the job within a week. Even though it was a small job they didn't mind coming and sorting it out. They were also extremely prompt on the day and came at exactly the time they said which I really appreciated. Excellent work done by the plumber, Max. I'd definitely use Laser plumbing again.
