We recently had an early-morning shock when a pipe burst in our lawn. Erdem at Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn returned my call within minutes and quickly arranged a time to come out and assess the situation. On arrival, he efficiently repaired the pipe and took the time to explain what had happened, and ongoing checks we could do. Excellent responsive service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Arrived same day did a quick quote did the job after confirming all sorted in quick time couldn’t finish a bit of concrete on the day but came back and finished off when weather permited final invoice was less than expected thanks and would recommend

Responded to my call and was able to send someone out when I needed. Reception was awesome, friendly and helpful. Erdem was the plumber and he was methodical and talked me thru what the issue was. Friendly but straight up. Really like their service - efficient, helpful and flexible. Thank you to the team that supported me last Wednesday avo and Thursday morning.

We have used the team from Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn twice for work at our home. The second job was a big job swapping out gas hot water heating for a heat pump system. The work went perfectly, excellent quality of workmanship and communication. Highly recommend this business.

From phone call to finished job, and the reasonable bill too, I felt really satisfied and I trusted the company and the work that was done..And what a lovely plumber they sent, Stephen/Steven, Will definitely go to for any other plumbing work.

I requested a repair for a leaking laundry faucet. They responded promptly to my email, arranged the service quickly, and the repair was done accurately and at a lower cost than I expected. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

Nathan rhe plumber arrived promptly and turned what was going to be a complex demo of the workbench, turned into a very simple fix with a bit of lateral thinking paired with some brute force. Very impressed with his service

I was very happy with the work completed. I also received some great advice about another plumbing issue I have, so will be booking a follow up appointment once some shower rail options are sent to me. I was happy to pay a fair price for a good job that I have confidence in.

Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn are my go-to for all work-related plumbing jobs (I'm a property manager), and for my own personal home as well. They have saved me on many an occasion by being available after hours and I trust them to get the job done properly. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Warren was really helpful and easy to deal with. He came out to fix a small leak from the pipe going into our kitchen sink and had it sorted very quickly. He was very informative, explained what the issue was, and made the whole process straightforward. Great service and would highly recommend Warren.

Fraser was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and sorted our low water pressure, replaced parts that were starting to fail, and we are super happy with the results. He was very punctual, tidy and professional throughout. We would definitely trust him with our plumbing needs in the future!

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. I’m so very appreciative that the company could organise a second call out in one day so we could get it fixed in a morning.Thank you Penny, Erdem and Bill. !
