Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. We have used the team from Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn twice for work at our home. The second job was a big job swapping out gas hot water heating for a heat pump system. The work went perfectly, excellent quality of workmanship and communication. Highly recommend this business.

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. Excellent service from the office in fitting me in on the same say. Jason came equipped with what he thought might be needed. Quickly identified the double parts failure and fixed problems on the roof and under the house. The water was even hot enough for a shower the same evening.

Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
