Excellent service. They answered my request for the gas hob problem very quickly and made an appointment the second day. Aaron came to my house in time. He is very nice and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Job well done!

Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. 30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time. I can’t recommend Josh enough. From the moment he arrived his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for his customers stood out. He communicated throughout the process, explained everything (in a way I could understand) and went above and beyond.

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.

Appreciated the convenience and quick response. We had an issue arise around midnight and Laser Plumbing were able to send a plumber through within the hour. The plumber was friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and what the recommended (and quick fix) next steps are.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.
