I have used Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn a number of times over the years.Not only did Nate work very carefully in my home,but he was also knowledgable,efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. I would not go past this business for excellent service from beginning to end. My 'go to' plumbers!

Dave came around at short notice from yesterday afternoon. He is always a pleasure to deal with and always does a great job with no hassle or follow-up issues. Unlike other plumbing providers who I have used, he takes his time to understand and solve the problem so you can rest assured. Would greatly recommend.

Fraser was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and sorted our low water pressure, replaced parts that were starting to fail, and we are super happy with the results. He was very punctual, tidy and professional throughout. We would definitely trust him with our plumbing needs in the future!

Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.

Appreciated the convenience and quick response. We had an issue arise around midnight and Laser Plumbing were able to send a plumber through within the hour. The plumber was friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and what the recommended (and quick fix) next steps are.

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. 30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time. Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn are my go-to for all work-related plumbing jobs (I'm a property manager), and for my own personal home as well. They have saved me on many an occasion by being available after hours and I trust them to get the job done properly. Highly recommend.

Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.

Laser Plumbing were great. Really prompt email replies, and they were available to do the job within a week. Even though it was a small job they didn't mind coming and sorting it out. They were also extremely prompt on the day and came at exactly the time they said which I really appreciated. Excellent work done by the plumber, Max. I'd definitely use Laser plumbing again.

These guys took good care of me, when it was clear that I would have no water for several days until they could come and replace my water main, they made a special effort to set up a temporary line the next day. A little expensive but worth it for the service which was very good.

Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!
