I requested a repair for a leaking laundry faucet. They responded promptly to my email, arranged the service quickly, and the repair was done accurately and at a lower cost than I expected. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

We recently had an early-morning shock when a pipe burst in our lawn. Erdem at Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn returned my call within minutes and quickly arranged a time to come out and assess the situation. On arrival, he efficiently repaired the pipe and took the time to explain what had happened, and ongoing checks we could do. Excellent responsive service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service. They answered my request for the gas hob problem very quickly and made an appointment the second day. Aaron came to my house in time. He is very nice and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Job well done!

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. Had a couple of blocked sinks and they managed to squeeze us in earlier than expected. Turned up on time, found the issue straight away and had everything sorted quickly. Friendly and easy to deal with. Would happily use them again.
