Max has done a fantastic job fixing my kitchen sink. He clearly knows what he is doing and managed to swiftly get things done! Very satisfied with this type of service. Effective, efficient and adds value to your money! Highly recommended.

Fraser was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and sorted our low water pressure, replaced parts that were starting to fail, and we are super happy with the results. He was very punctual, tidy and professional throughout. We would definitely trust him with our plumbing needs in the future!

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. Walked into a burst pipe in the bathroom at 4pm. Managed to phone Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and they had Ben at the door 20 minutes later (finished for the day and on his way home). Problem found and a temporary fix while full fix investigated.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.

I am clueless with plumbing, but we had Jordan come out today to do a job that I thought would take all day, he had it sorted 1.5 hrs. He kept me informed through the whole process with his gentle, polite manner and what solutions to take next. Laser plumbings service is amazing, highly recommend. We had David come to help us with our dishwasher and bathroom sinks and he was quick, reliable, and did an awesome job! He was very friendly and answered all my little brothers questions about it.

Arrived same day did a quick quote did the job after confirming all sorted in quick time couldn’t finish a bit of concrete on the day but came back and finished off when weather permited final invoice was less than expected thanks and would recommend

I called four plumbing places for an after hours service on Saturday, none of them even answered their phone. I called Hrey Lynn, thinking it was too far away and they were at my mum‘s place within 30 minutes. Excellent service and value.

Excellent service. They answered my request for the gas hob problem very quickly and made an appointment the second day. Aaron came to my house in time. He is very nice and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Job well done!

Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!

Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.

Young lady on phone on first call so helpful and pleasant and arranged the work that I needed instantly! Had problem fixed within 24 hours and it was a big job! 30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time.
