Laser^® Grey Lynn

We have used the team from Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn twice for work at our home. The second job was a big job swapping out gas hot water heating for a heat pump system. The work went perfectly, excellent quality of workmanship and communication. Highly recommend this business.

Arrived same day did a quick quote did the job after confirming all sorted in quick time couldn’t finish a bit of concrete on the day but came back and finished off when weather permited final invoice was less than expected thanks and would recommend

Had a couple of blocked sinks and they managed to squeeze us in earlier than expected. Turned up on time, found the issue straight away and had everything sorted quickly. Friendly and easy to deal with. Would happily use them again.

When I called after hours late evening to my surprise Josh responded, didnt think anyone would pick up as it was 10pm he was finishing another job but arrived within half an hour and fixed a bad leak that we couldnt stop which was flooding our downstairs unit. Relief is all I can say. Huge appreciation to Josh and Laser Plumbing what a life saver

I am clueless with plumbing, but we had Jordan come out today to do a job that I thought would take all day, he had it sorted 1.5 hrs. He kept me informed through the whole process with his gentle, polite manner and what solutions to take next. Laser plumbing responded quickly and thoroughly to an urgent weekend call-out. With a cyclone arriving, we needed the gutters cleared on our rental property. We were informed of all decisions along the way and the price was better than expected. We will definitely use them again!

I’ve used Laser plumbing Grey Lynn for years and I find them very reliable, honest hard working , best service and so quick .IWe had no water in the morning our outside tap just burst … so we called laser plumbing. someone was with us within 1 hour , gave us options and was fixed and he explained what had happened what causes it … happy to have water running where it should be 🤭

Responded to my call and was able to send someone out when I needed. Reception was awesome, friendly and helpful. Erdem was the plumber and he was methodical and talked me thru what the issue was. Friendly but straight up. Really like their service - efficient, helpful and flexible. Thank you to the team that supported me last Wednesday avo and Thursday morning.

Prompt friendly service. Had a tap that wouldn’t shut off . Ended up having to get Watercare to fix meter fault before plumber could start work so he had to leave until that was done. I’m so very appreciative that the company could organise a second call out in one day so we could get it fixed in a morning.Thank you Penny, Erdem and Bill. !

From phone call to finished job, and the reasonable bill too, I felt really satisfied and I trusted the company and the work that was done..And what a lovely plumber they sent, Stephen/Steven, Will definitely go to for any other plumbing work.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.

Appreciated the convenience and quick response. We had an issue arise around midnight and Laser Plumbing were able to send a plumber through within the hour. The plumber was friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and what the recommended (and quick fix) next steps are.

Excellent service from the office in fitting me in on the same say. Jason came equipped with what he thought might be needed. Quickly identified the double parts failure and fixed problems on the roof and under the house. The water was even hot enough for a shower the same evening.

I called four plumbing places for an after hours service on Saturday, none of them even answered their phone. I called Hrey Lynn, thinking it was too far away and they were at my mum‘s place within 30 minutes. Excellent service and value.
