				Appreciated the convenience and quick response. We had an issue arise around midnight and Laser Plumbing were able to send a plumber through within the hour. The plumber was friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and what the recommended (and quick fix) next steps are.

				I requested a repair for a leaking laundry faucet. They responded promptly to my email, arranged the service quickly, and the repair was done accurately and at a lower cost than I expected. I’m very satisfied and would definitely use their service again.

				I am clueless with plumbing, but we had Jordan come out today to do a job that I thought would take all day, he had it sorted 1.5 hrs. He kept me informed through the whole process with his gentle, polite manner and what solutions to take next. I highly recommend Laser Plumbing and looking forward on the future work ahead with our Grey Lynn bungalow. Cheers Jordan and to the team at Laser.

				really pleased with plumbing service especially since it was out of the blue on a weekend with plumber able to accommodate. Clearly explained what had happened and how repair was made, also recommended attention to areas that might be a concern in the future.

				Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

				Walked into a burst pipe in the bathroom at 4pm. Managed to phone Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and they had Ben at the door 20 minutes later (finished for the day and on his way home). Problem found and a temporary fix while full fix investigated.

				Responded to my call and was able to send someone out when I needed. Reception was awesome, friendly and helpful. Erdem was the plumber and he was methodical and talked me thru what the issue was. Friendly but straight up. Really like their service - efficient, helpful and flexible. 				Dave came around at short notice from yesterday afternoon. He is always a pleasure to deal with and always does a great job with no hassle or follow-up issues. Unlike other plumbing providers who I have used, he takes his time to understand and solve the problem so you can rest assured. Would greatly recommend.

				These guys took good care of me, when it was clear that I would have no water for several days until they could come and replace my water main, they made a special effort to set up a temporary line the next day. A little expensive but worth it for the service which was very good.

				Every time we have needed a plumber, Laser Plumbing has been able to get here promptly and do the job without fuss. Their rates are reasonable and their work is high quality. On the very rare occasions they've had to come back to correct something, they've not charged anything to do that. Their trades people are polite and friendly, and utterly professional.

				Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.
