Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time. I half used them before for plumbing and gas fitting. They are always polite and efficient. Thank you Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn.

Weekend callout required after a leak found (hot water cylinder connections). Technician answered call immediately, arranging to come within the hour. A simple but urgent fix completed promptly by a professional friendly technician. Was so appreciated late on a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent service. They answered my request for the gas hob problem very quickly and made an appointment the second day. Aaron came to my house in time. He is very nice and very professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. Job well done!

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.

Every time we have needed a plumber, Laser Plumbing has been able to get here promptly and do the job without fuss. Their rates are reasonable and their work is high quality. On the very rare occasions they've had to come back to correct something, they've not charged anything to do that. Their trades people are polite and friendly, and utterly professional.

Responded to my call and was able to send someone out when I needed. Reception was awesome, friendly and helpful. Erdem was the plumber and he was methodical and talked me thru what the issue was. Friendly but straight up. Really like their service - efficient, helpful and flexible. Thank you to the team that supported me last Wednesday avo and Thursday morning.

Dave came around at short notice from yesterday afternoon. He is always a pleasure to deal with and always does a great job with no hassle or follow-up issues. Unlike other plumbing providers who I have used, he takes his time to understand and solve the problem so you can rest assured. Would greatly recommend.

Amazing service. Very prompt, as got an appointment the same day . Max , the plumber turned up on time, friendly, helpful and professional. Repaired my leaking pipe within half an hour . Extremely happy with the efficient service and very grateful to Laser Plumbing for their wonderful service. This is the second time this month we have used them and would highly recommend .
