Laser Plumbing were great. Really prompt email replies, and they were available to do the job within a week. Even though it was a small job they didn't mind coming and sorting it out. They were also extremely prompt on the day and came at exactly the time they said which I really appreciated. Excellent work done by the plumber, Max. I'd definitely use Laser plumbing again.

We recently had an early-morning shock when a pipe burst in our lawn. Erdem at Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn returned my call within minutes and quickly arranged a time to come out and assess the situation. On arrival, he efficiently repaired the pipe and took the time to explain what had happened, and ongoing checks we could do. Excellent responsive service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Not only are they available for emergencies when we need them, but the team are great communicators. We have a unique setup with a sewerage pump and they always explain the problem and what they've done to solve it thoroughly.

Very efficient service from Penny and Jazz. Penny follows up on getting the information required for gas leak. Jazz is friendly and takes the time to explain what he has done and checks that the gas supply is working properly before he left. Invoicing was super fast too.

Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

30 mins before kick off, ABs v France, a pipe lets go in the kitchen. Called the after hours number and got excellent service from the man on call. Repaired before half time.
