Very efficient service from Penny and Jazz. Penny follows up on getting the information required for gas leak. Jazz is friendly and takes the time to explain what he has done and checks that the gas supply is working properly before he left. Invoicing was super fast too.

Walked into a burst pipe in the bathroom at 4pm. Managed to phone Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and they had Ben at the door 20 minutes later (finished for the day and on his way home). Problem found and a temporary fix while full fix investigated.

I called four plumbing places for an after hours service on Saturday, none of them even answered their phone. I called Hrey Lynn, thinking it was too far away and they were at my mum‘s place within 30 minutes. Excellent service and value.
