				Excellent service from first call to completion of job. Plumbers arrived within 90 mins of call regarding a gas leak. Matt and Aaron were professional and kept me updated on what they were doing and managed to find leak and repair all on the first call. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

				really pleased with plumbing service especially since it was out of the blue on a weekend with plumber able to accommodate. Clearly explained what had happened and how repair was made, also recommended attention to areas that might be a concern in the future.

				These guys took good care of me, when it was clear that I would have no water for several days until they could come and replace my water main, they made a special effort to set up a temporary line the next day. A little expensive but worth it for the service which was very good.

				Every time we have needed a plumber, Laser Plumbing has been able to get here promptly and do the job without fuss. Their rates are reasonable and their work is high quality. On the very rare occasions they've had to come back to correct something, they've not charged anything to do that. Their trades people are polite and friendly, and utterly professional.

				We had a water leak on the 30th Dec while we were away on holiday. Fraser from Laser plumbing came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and the charge was very reasonable given it was after hours during the holiday period. Highly recommend Laser Plumbing

				Very efficient service from Penny and Jazz. Penny follows up on getting the information required for gas leak. Jazz is friendly and takes the time to explain what he has done and checks that the gas supply is working properly before he left. Invoicing was super fast too.

				Amazing service. Very prompt, as got an appointment the same day . Max , the plumber turned up on time, friendly, helpful and professional. Repaired my leaking pipe within half an hour . Extremely happy with the efficient service and very grateful to Laser Plumbing for their wonderful service. This is the second time this month we have used them and would highly recommend . 				Walked into a burst pipe in the bathroom at 4pm. Managed to phone Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn and they had Ben at the door 20 minutes later (finished for the day and on his way home). Problem found and a temporary fix while full fix investigated.

				I am clueless with plumbing, but we had Jordan come out today to do a job that I thought would take all day, he had it sorted 1.5 hrs. He kept me informed through the whole process with his gentle, polite manner and what solutions to take next. 				Young lady on phone on first call so helpful and pleasant and arranged the work that I needed instantly! Had problem fixed within 24 hours and it was a big job! Service person professional and did installation in the pouring rain - also I needed an electrician which was arranged as well!! Stressless job done !!Thankyou!

				Called Laser Plumbing after my wife noticed water flooding from the ground while mowing the lawn one Sunday afternoon. Daniel arrived shortly afterwards, was very friendly and professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem without any fuss. I was very grateful to be able to turn the water back on just a few hours after we first found the problem. 5 stars!
