Laser^® Grey Lynn

Great work repairing a broken pressure valve on a very old hot water cylinder in Ponsonby. Quick, efficient, on time and very helpful with removing and putting back the washing machine after the job was done (that involved lifting it up above a sink, something that I would have been totally incapable of doing on my own). Absolutely recommended 100%.

Called Laser Plumbing after my wife noticed water flooding from the ground while mowing the lawn one Sunday afternoon. Daniel arrived shortly afterwards, was very friendly and professional, and quickly found and fixed the problem without any fuss. I was very grateful to be able to turn the water back on just a few hours after we first found the problem. 5 stars!

Josh was the only plumber out of 10 others I rang on Easter Sunday (31/3/2024) who picked up my call. He attended site within an hour & got it all sorted. He was very easy to communicate with. Laser Plumbing attended house and fixed a plumbing leak within one hour on a Sunday. They returned on Monday to quote for a job to replace old plastic pipes. Their quote was competitive and a week later they upgraded all the old pipes. They took care when doing the job and left it clean and tidy. All round it was a 5 star service.

The service was very good, and the plumber arrived on time. I have used Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn in the past and will use them next time I need a plumber as they are reliable and give good service at a reasonable price.

Every time we have needed a plumber, Laser Plumbing has been able to get here promptly and do the job without fuss. Their rates are reasonable and their work is high quality. On the very rare occasions they've had to come back to correct something, they've not charged anything to do that. Their trades people are polite and friendly, and utterly professional.

Jason and Daniel from Laser plumbing were a real pleasure to meet and they instilled confidence with the very professional way they repaired that old leaking downpipes going through the terrace. Ryan, Cecelia and the Team were always very helpful and receptive to the brief and happy to answer any queries. Josh the senior plumber, was an excellent problem solver, he worked methodically and spotlessly cleaned up the work site, for an excellent result. Team members arrived on time if not earlier. Few head scratching moments throughout, which were ironed out very quickly with good problem solving skills, thank you Team.

Had a problem with a toilet that wouldn't stop running so needed a plumber. We contacted Laser Plumbing and they were able to come to us same day. The plumber was a very helpful pleasant guy who has seemed to do a great job in reasonable time. We will use them next time a plumbing issue occurs.

As always Laser were prompt, efficient, helpful and friendly. Their response is pretty much always immediate. We love dealing with these guys. Fraser did a great job of a terrible problem with a no fuss attitude. We were so grateful.

I was very impressed, once again, by the friendly and prompt service (from the initial contact by phone, onward) I received when the pipe in my laundry tub started leaking. Fixed to perfection and the cost was less than I had expected. It's invaluable to have an excellent plumbing company to call on, for sure!
